Expert Tree Service

Expert Tree Service showed up early, did the job expected and performed an excellent cleanup afterwards. A job well done.

It was absolutely exceptional. Their focus is on the customer. The team is looking out for each other. They do an amazing job of cleaning.

I don't even know where to begin regarding the unprofessional, and extremely disrespectful experience that I had with Charles Ennis and Expert (laughable) Tree Service. Through Angie's List, I requested a tree removal service. Charles Ennis from Expert Tree Service called and during the conversation we recalled that he had provided us with a very high estimate last year, when we removed two trees (done by another company). Charles Ennis then started yelling and screaming, stating that we cost him $35, and were "********, and lived in the ghetto." My husband tried to explain to him that we did not call him, he called us. He continued with his tirade, telling us that he knows where we live. My husband ended the call. A few hours later, on returning from the grocery store, I saw that Charles Ennis had entered my property, and had left his business card stuck on my front door. I immediately reported this to the police, as he had no right trespassing on my property. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Unethical, racist, and disgusting!

They work they do is perfect. They're not based in Long Beach and they're pretty far away, but I wouldn't even consider trying to find someone closer. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

Everything went well. I've used them for a few years. They come out every few years to do the trees. Everyone is friendly and they do excellent work.

It went perfect! I have been using him for 5 years and I have never had a problem. He has trimmed my trees in the past as well. He also planted some drought resistant plants for me so I can see some color in my yard. For me they have always been very honest, they have never taken advantage of me.

THE COMPANY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, CUT DOWN THE TREE EXTREMELY FAST & CLEANED UP THE AREA. WE USED THIS COMPANY TWICE AND PLAN TO USE THEM AGAIN. I RECOMMENDED THEM TO MY FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS.

THE MEN WERE VERY EFFICIENT AND FAST. THEY REMOVED ALL OF THE DEAD WOOD AND MISTLETOE AND IMPROVED THE APPEARANCE OF MY NINE HERITAGE OAK TREES. A COMPLETE CLEAN UP WAS DONE AND MY TREES ARE THE HEALTHIEST IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD.
