Mike arrived on time and went straight to work. Pleasant demeanor, knowledgeable, and thorough. Mike had the right tools for the job and explained to me what he was doing at each step - straightforward, simple explanations. Once the problem was discovered, he suggested a reasonable and affordable fix. By the time he was finished, all the outlets were restored and everything was working again. What's more, I knew exactly what was done.

On time and very knowledgeable and skilled. Had recommendations for me to be able to do in the future to enhance safety issues and needs.

I hired Mike to install an electrical panel (100 AMP) so we could have power in the back yard. He had the best price of three estimates. He used quality materials and did an excellent job to code. He showed up on time and completed the job same day. Mike is friendly and very knowledgeable. He also took pleasure in discussing the work that he was doing. A very kind man. His assistant was also professional. I will be contacting Mike for other electrical work in the future.

Also gave us some tips that we can take of ourselves, to make sure our house is safe with our electrical outlets!

Michael Lamb the Electrician from Down-N-Out Electric was great gave us a fast estimate and performed the work professionally, we told him our concerns about the fridge not being working while he was working on the electrical panel and he came out with a solution, he bypass the power with an extension cord and our food didn't get spoiled. Although the tech arrived 20 minutes after arranged appointment time, he was more than willing to resolve issue of light same day; this was not an urgent matter as it was garage light. We appreciated him making it important issue to resolve and he gave us some advice about another minor issue we have so again he went above and beyond and gave us great customer service.

I placed a request for quote to install 4 ceiling fans and an additional switched ceiling fixture online through ServiceMagic. Within 2 minutes, Mike from Down-N-Out Electric called me. After answering a few questions, he gave me an immediate quote over the phone. The installation went quick and flawlessly. He was also the lowest quote out of three by hundreds of dollars!

Mike installed a ceiling fan in my condo and did an A+ job despite the difficulties he encountered routing the wiring through the hidden raised ceiling joists. I will be requesting his services in the near future for another similar project and would recommend him to anyone.
