+ -1 moreMike had to do current tracing, replace the fuse in the fuse box and replace the outlet. He charged $325 to locate the faulty outlet using a current tracer because he used a "special machine." Another $125 for the service call. Yet another $125 to replace the outlet. And another $225 for 42 minutes of labor. Total cost was $800. I just cannot seem to justify the cost no matter how special his machine is. Good luck if you decide to use his services.

Description of Work: Mike is an excellent electrician. Professional, clean and knows his work. I have had the pleasure of hiring Mike on 2 occasions over the last 2 years. He put in new switches in both bathrooms, hard wired my doorbell for a doorbell camera, replaced a light fan in my master bathroom, hung a ceiling fan, installed beautiful pendent lights over my island in the kitchen and repaired a previous repairman's mess in my kitchen island. I can't say enough about his services. He is personable and just a top-notch businessman. my next project is recessed lighting in my living room. If you want electrical work done right the first time call Down n Out Electric. Mike is best!
