This is an update from my previous review. Now the sealant around several edges has come off and water easily ends up in a puddle on the floor. Going to have another company repair everything

Install went well and I was originally pleased with Chaz however when I got the bill he "forgot" to include the $300 coupon I purchased on Angie's list for $99 and after a few months the handle is loose. I've called and emailed several times with no response. With the $99 I spent on the $300 coupon that wasn't used I paid $400 more than I should've.

I was unable to get much response from the company that installed the shower approx eight years ago. They said they would need to order the rollers from a supplier. After waiting several weeks, with no answer, I contacted Chas at Cutting Edge. He had the rollers in stock, and told me that these are a common part. We arranged a time, he came out, and replaced the rusted old rollers in about half an hour. He also does other other remodeling jobs, and replaces window screens on site. If I have any other jobs for Chas, I will not hesitate to call him again.

It went really well, they changed the glass and kept my existing frame, no more foggy glass. They were professional and prompt. One other estimate I had done was several hundred dollars more expensive for the same windows and another company wanted to drill holes in the glass to drain the moisture, I don't think so.

It went really well, the shower looked just like the architect designed it. The owner installed the shower himself and did a bloody good job. He's a h*** of a nice bloke too.
