Terrible. The original problem is my pool cover derailed on the right side because it was pulling unevenly on that side for some reason. They came over, spent about ten minutes and told me I needed a new pool cover, not knowing any better I said, "OK". I should have checked around, but they were recommended by Leslie Pools which I have had good experiences with in the past. They came over on July 29th. I was told it would take 10 to 14 days. After one month I found out the order had been overlooked. It idd not get installed until Sept 12th so I missed the best part of the summer. They would not come out on a day that I could be there, were not flexible on that at all, even though I get some weekdays off so I was not there when they did the install, but wanted to be. The material used was thinner than my original pool cover and instead of using steel guy wire for the runners they used rope. When I got back to inspect the pool the cover did exactly the same thing pulling to the right about 8 inches off the first time I used it. When I called them they said just give it time that it had to stretch so after two weeks it was still crooked and the cover had wrinkles in it, was not smooth so they came over but did not fix it. So I called again. I was then told that I had a flexible pool cover? Was told that I would likely need an entire new system, runners, everything. That is when I decided to write this review so others are more informed than I was when I signed up for their service. When I asked them how many pool covers they installed per summer the answer was about 3 but they had never had any problems before but also had never used this pool cover company. Any way I am expecting the cover will fail before the years end, I will be out 3,200 dollars and searching Angie's list for another pool cover company with good reviews. Not to be all negative I did submit two good reviews also for other services I have had done by different companies.

THEY WERE PUNCTUAL. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND EASY TO DEAL WITH. THE WORK WAS GOOD. IT'S A HOLE IN THE GROUND FULL OF WATER.
