Description of Work: They moved the lights back from the opening, but the remote is not working. It will open the door but it will not close it. I have to use the wall or control box to close it and I have to hold the buttons down. |If you provide me with their phone number I will call them.

Description of Work: American homes sell the home warranty company dispatch this company to repair my garage door. From the time I called American home so they were not able to see me for probably three weeks because of my schedule and their schedule coming to Bakersfield. Then it took another 2+ weeks to get the part in. The employees that came out Woodberry accommodative and pleasant. The biggest problem is they want a 4 to 5 hour window for their repair call!!!

Description of Work: Purchased a new garage door. I made my purchase on December 3rd and within a week they came to take mesuent. However I had to constantly call them to make another appointment for the installation which they said I couldn't because they needed to receive the door first and inspect it. Well the install didn't happen until January 5th. I was expecting the process to be a lot faster and not have to wait a whole month to get the garage installed.
