The washing machine draining and upstairs bathroom drains pushed water out of toilet downstairs, flooding my wood floor. I thought it was just an obstruction in the toilet. The plumber (Nestor) came out and he discovered that it was a root in main line. He worked quickly, and thoroughly making sure that everything was running well before he left. I received a good bit of information on the main lines and piping that goes out to my septic tank. I really appreciated the knowledge gained. I also found out other services that they perform, and I will use their services for 'jetting' out the drain near my driveway. Before all this was done, I was looking for another plumber to come out because we needed to use the bathroom the evening before, so, we were all waiting intensely. The other plumber mentioned that they could not come out until noon to 5pm. That was too late. Abe Lincoln provided me with a better time frame, which is why I consented to their services. Yvonne S.

No problems quick and efficient.

I think they did a good job. When I had some questions they were pretty nice. They seemed to be doing a decent job. They didn't try to tell me that things were wrong that were not. They came on the weekend.
