Ted is the worst "professional" I've ever had the displeasure to work with. His licensing is questionable at best, he doesn't respect clients, changes quoted prices, to this day almost 3 years later has not paid me for labor performed, and has no regards for anybody but hisself.

Initial work went well, but didn't finish the job.

Poorly. The tile installation was uneven in places, but the worst workmanship was on grouting. In one bath he mixed up the grout color (all three baths were different grout colors) and used two different grouts in one bath! One light and one dark. He left one day when the grout was still wet in that bath, saying it would be the same color when it dried; it was not. The grout was markedly different color in places and there were places in all three baths where grout was missing. He refused to return to correct the problem despite assurances to our interior designer that he would. He then declined calls from our general contractor and me personally. The individual brought in to finish and correct his work concurred that the job as done was definitely substandard and it cost me $1300 to have his shoddy work corrected. Given his attitude and lack of quality I would strongly caution anyone from engaging him to do any kind of work.

Ted is the worst professional I have ever worked with. He never answers his phone and can take days to respond which is usually via text message. He continually made appointments to perform the work and never showed up. After calling repeatedly he would finally respond that he could not make it due to other obligations. On his last visit he asked for part of the money for the job up-front and now is conveniently unavailable. An exact quote from his recent text message - " I have another client who owes me 30k and I need to keep him happy. If you want me to commit financial suicide to complete one of your rooms it is not going to happen". I'm absolutely appalled at the lack of professionalism and disregard for anyone's well-being but himself. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your tile work
