Superior Cleaning & Restoration of Palm Springs

I had NO extra tile, but with his expert caulking ability, he was able to make everything look fresh and new. He was even able to make the few tile cracks disappear! I was VERY pleased!!! I have put off getting a flat slab of SOMETHING? until I can afford to re-do my WHOLE kitchen....THANKS to 'Superior Cleaning & Restoration inc.'!! :-D They were professional, cleaned up after themselves, good rate with Angie's List Deal....I'm tickled. As I mentioned above. Did a wonderful job cleaning the tile and grout but ruined the laminate dividing strip between the LR and kitchen. This was an 8 ft strip that we had to replace. I would think he should have been aware about water on wood or laminate. We had to replace the piece.

It was good. I just think they're too expensive.

Didn't happen. Please stop trying to make me review these people!

Cleaned title/grout throughout kitchen, hallway and great-room. Arrived at scheduled day/time and performed job with great efficiency. I paid $99.00 for the “Big Deal,” additional $368.00 to finish the job!

They are very friendly and flexible, and I liked that. I had them shampoo my stairway, and it was dark on the edges, and I told them about it, but it was still dark, so I wasn't happy about it. I tried to tell me, and they said that they tried to clean it the best they could. The price was good.

The first time Superior Cleaning & Restoration Inc. came out, he was very professional and friendly. Unfortunately, about a half hour after he left, a huge stain showed up on our carpet. I realize that wasn't his fault, but our carpet looks worse than it did before we had it cleaned. He talked me into $50.00 extra charge to get Scotchguard, and I've tried to get the stains out and I think they're Scotchguarded into my closet. But that was something that was probably out of his control and it might have happened with any company who tried to clean our carpets. We might use him again for flooring. They have real good prices.

They came in with the right equipment to get the job done and they moved quickly from one window to another. Upon completion, the windows looked great.

My initial two emails went unanswered. So I called the office directly and spoke with a very pleasant and efficient office manager. She said someone would get back to me within the hour-and they did. We scheduled the service for the following week. In preparation for them, my elderly partner and I moved ALL the heavy patio furniture, and took EVERYTHING out of the entry areas. One half hour before they were to arrive, they cancelled, saying their, "truck had broken down." About a week later I called again to reschedule, and again we moved ALL the heavy furniture out of the areas they were to clean and seal. Yep, you guessed it, their truck "broke down again," about an hour before they to to arrive. We had read that another customer had the same experience, and believe the company got a better paying customer, and simply moved us to the back of the list. No one can make a living with a single truck that breaks down for over a week-every week! On the third try-two men showed up on time. One was very professional, and cleaned the patio before sealing it. The grout was dirty, and he did a good job. However, the second man only vacuumed the entry areas, he did not use any type of cleaner before he began to seal. Therefore the wet sealer simply moved the dust into the grout. I quickly grabbed wet sponges to clean up the dirty grout. The professional man helped me, but, the second man just held the wet sponge-apparently that wasn't in his job description. I was not happy with the job they did in the entry areas. After they left, I applied more sealer to loosen the stained areas, and redid them myself. I would not use this company again.

The serviceman was not clean; especially his body. We really liked the work; it was fabulous but his person was not clean. If I used this firm again I would request a different service person. Will probably seek out another service provider. Embarrassing to tell the owner his serviceman is filthy. He should have recognized this himself.

He had to reschedule the appointment but he gave me a deduction and he did a good job.

Washed and sealed the above floors. The floors were wet when he left because the sealant needed to soak into the grout..

They were originally scheduled for 7/10/13. After several calls back and forth on the day, they had to reschedule due to mechanical issues. I was supposed to get an 'add-on' for free for being rescheduled. I didn't see that on my invoice. The carpets were cleaned well, smelled nice, and were dry (with windows open) within 2ish hours. I would use them again with an Angie coupon.

Did a good job..could have cleaned the edges a little better but overall a great job!

I contacted them last Thursday and was told they were closed but that I would receive call on Friday. I called today and was told by receptionist that she doesn't know what I am talking about. She had another sales person call me who told me they cancelled their contract with Angie's List because of too many problems. Angie's list said they still have other deals on Angie's list and company is still listed as carpet cleaner in my area on Angie's List. Someone is not being honest.

Arrived before scheduled time. Were professional and courteous. Went over problem areas numerous times. Service was completed in about 20 min.

I think it turned out fine. They did a good job. I was pleased with the work that they did. It was a big deal purchase. I don’t think they did any extra. I remember that one of the couches was real clean specially.

They did a great job! They were very professional and completed the cleaning in a good timely manner.

I don't remember the cost - it was one of the Angie's Deals. The young man who showed up was on time, efficient, friendly and helpful. The floor looked great when he was done and I intend on having them come out on a regular basis. The owner of the business maintained contact.

The technician showed up on time and was very nice. In the process of cleaning the tile, the corner tile was loose and dropped off and cracked. He reattached and grouted the tile and apologized. This is the reason I am giving them a "B" rating instead on an "A". He cleaned up after himself well. He also had time to clean my bathroom tile which was not part of the original service call.

Not having had any experience with contracting of this sort, I feel I may have gotten this work done for less money from a local contractor. The workers were very courteous & professional and cleaned up very well. Being listed on Angie's List was my motivation in selecting them.

Great experience...I was a little worried at first..the price was too good to be true..but to my surprise it turned out great!

We bought their Big Deal and there were no extra charges. It turned out fine; there had been a problem with it but they came back and took care of it very well. They were very punctual and friendly. The only bad thing was that they left a footprint, it must have been wet and he must have stepped into it, so we called them and sent a picture to them on their email. They did follow through. They arranged to come out this morning and took care of it. It turns out that they do a tremendous range of jobs besides floors and we are considering the possibility of having them do some other jobs in the house.

Did a good job at cleaning all the upholstery especially the tan rocking chair. It looks like new!!
