Raul and his team did an outstanding job of installing replacement Mexican pavers in sections of our patio last season. We had them back to scrub and reseal our whole patio this season and we are delighted with the result.

Raul was very friendly, honest and upfront. He worked quickly and neatly making sure he took the time to make our tile look great. Everything you would want from a flooring contractor.

Raul was professional from the beginning to the end. Although our tile repair job was relatively small, Raul and and his assistant did a first rate job. They arrived on time, were fast, thoughtful, efficient and tidy. The 4.5 rating for value for money was only because they have a flat rate call out fee for small jobs which probably didn't match the size of our job, but totally understandable given the service, quality of work and professionalism. We were very happy with the result. We wouldn't hesitate hiring them again.

If I could give more than five stars, I would! Raul was a true pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure we got the best result possible. Our tile floors look spectacular after their thorough cleaning, grout repair and sealing. I give Raul and his crew my highest recommendation and respect.

Raul was very professional and easy to work with. He was on time for our initial estimate appointment and early on the actual start day of the job. He and his staff (Tony) did a quality job on the grout repair/tile cleaning and completed the job in a timely manner. I will definitely use him again in the future.

Raul at Southwest Tile was timely, friendly and easy to get in touch with. I received an in home estimate for my tile/grout cleaning, repair and tile seal immediately after calling Raul. The work was completely within one week of receiving an estimate. I had a few companies bid the job and Raul’s pricing was the most reasonable. Raul also provided his license number on the estimate, which gave me peace of mind while hiring a professional to work in my home. Southwest Tile did an amazing job cleaning and sealing my tile. They also repaired my grout and matched the existing grout very well. Raul left my home clean and even took the time to walk me through the home to inspect his work. I would definitely hire Raul and his team again for any future needs.
