Responded in a very timely manner, but had an inexperienced tile setter do the work. Tile work not even or evenly spaced. A little disappointed

What an amazing experience! Raul was on time, sensitive to what I wanted and needed. As a single woman I relied upon him to remove tile in my entire home and replace. I had rented my home, the tenant abandoned the property leaving $25,000 worth of damage and I was working 5000 miles away. Raul started with small steps, sent pictures and went above and beyond to help me deal with the damages, even as far as researching and calling other folks to help with getting those remedied.
