Description of Work: This has been over a year ago and I don't remember all of the details including cost. This company replaced my hot water heating system with a tankless hot water heater. There were a lot of issues getting it to work right and I don't think the man that put it in knew what he was doing. It was in a house that I have sold so I don't have the records to confirm details of dates and amounts.

Description of Work: Replaced outdoor water faucet that was corroded and leaking water badly. He had to heat the faucet as it is soldered on as all the outdoor faucets are. After he was through and checked for proper water pressure, he checked my hot water heater at no charge.

 + -1 moreHoward the plumber was on time and did a fantastic job. Cleaned up everything gave some mnts to prevent future clogs.
Description of Work: Pulled toilet and cleaned out drain. Put a sealent in pipe to keep out roots. Also cleaned out a sink drain.

 + -1 moreThe workers tracked grease from a jackhammer into the bedroom. The owner (Bruce) made an attempt to have the carpet cleaned and then refused to do more. The stains are permanent. The carpet in the bedroom has large black spots dating from Preferred's last visit. In the past the company's work was acceptable, but Bruce did not handle this fairly and lost our subsequent business, totalling more than $10,000 in major repairs to date.
Description of Work: Repiping of hot water in a portion of the house.
