+ -1 moreWe purchased a home with a pool and didn't like how it had been maintained by the previous pool service. We happened on Pool Care Solutions and couldn't be happier. The pool looks great! We've had three issues all of which needed a quick resolution and they were here and all handled immediately (two pumps and a switch). They even gave us a blow-up swan to put in the pool to keep the birds away! They are friendly, honest, very knowledgeable and we couldn't be happier!!
Description of Work: Bi-weekly pool service and three repair issues on our salt water pool.

Description of Work: Pool Care Solutions comes to my house to clean my pool weekly. I first contacted them when my former pool guy failed to fix an issue with my pool pump system, and in fact, made it worse. Pool Care Solutions has been professional, prompt, and excellent from the beginning...in fact, they go above and beyond the call of duty...showing up on "off" days to tweak the system and perform routine maintenance in addition to the regular cleaning. I recommend them highly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

+ -1 moreI recently purchased a home with a pool and am servicing it myself. The Jandy controller seemed to stop working. The pool store I use didn't service Jandy and after couple no pool service company no shows I finally discovered on the internet that Jandy is now Zodiac. I contacted the company. Pool Care Solutions was the only company referred that returned my phone call and very promptly, just an hour later. Dennis showed up on time, was very knowledgeable, showed me how the equipment worked, and since he didn't do anything charged me but $20 for his time. I will definitely use him if and when the part does actually need to be replaced or I have any other pool need.
Description of Work: Jandy chlorinator controller stopped working. Needed to be repaired or replaced.
