Description of Work: The garage door opener had been malfunctioning. Another company had not properly assessed the problem a few months before. Their receptionist was very helpful in helping to troubleshoot. I felt no pressure to book a service call. Their technician was very efficient and friendly. The tech helped me to assess whether to repair the 20-year-old opener or replace it, and did a fine install of the new opener. (He also pointed out that I could get a discount coupon through Angie's List)

Description of Work: I used Angie's list to buy a tune-up and new rollers. However, after checking the rollers, the contractor explained the rollers did not need changing and only charged for a tune up.
