Colt Cooper, the electrician, called to let me know that he would be arriving in 30 mins, well within the scheduled 2-5 pm appt timeframe. He is friendly and professional and quickly assessed the issue, fully explained the problem and the cost, and made the fix. He also alerted us to another issue in our electrical panel, again explained it in a manner I could understand. I gave him the green light to fix the problem. So all in all, a very positive experience with this company. I would recommend them to others and will surely reach out to them again.

I am on a maintenance program. The service rep was thorough, explaining what he was doing and why. I hod an issue with ceiling lights. he gave me an estimate for the price of new lights. It was very expensive. He then offered the alternative of me purchasing through the local warehouse store. I found this very refreshing. He was very customer oriented.

Main circuit breaker to my house went out so no power at all. They were prompt, professional and let me know the price before they started and had my power back in about an hour. Colt was a great technician. Highly recommend this company.
