I am VERY happy with the service performed by Home Team Electric & Mike in particular.

Technician was very careful to put plastic down in the work area and clean up afterwords. Work was done quickly and done right. Josh our Technician was very personable and considerate.

The technicians are ve4y professional and punctual.

We had a circuit breaker failure that required emergency replacement because we are leaving on a 2 week trip in a day. The room affected was the bedroom and bathroom used by our house/sitter when we re traveling and we had to have the situation corrected today. Frank came out on time, keeping us advised of his timing along the way. He immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem. The company and he provided excellent customer service even better than advertised. Can t say enough good about experience and we will definitely use Home Team and Frank again.

Josh and Perry called to see if they could come before scheduled appointment. Dressed very professional. I showed them the areas I wanted work done then Josh went over each project giving suggestions if necessary he then went over his folder explaining how they arrive that the cost and what guarantees are made once all areas were discussed they started work promptly. The projects were all completed that day. Josh recommended a dry Waller to cover the holes that were necessary to run wires to new gang boxes. He then did a home inspection and pointed out other areas of concern. He and Perry were very professional, efficient and friendly.

I was very pleased with the response to my request for service and the manner in which everything was done, but the price was extremely high for the effective results. over half the costs listed in the estimate included repair and replacement of my door bell-telephone connection and after beginning the repair, they discovered that they did not have the ability or knowledge to repair BUT THEY CHARGED ME FULL PRICE FOR IT AS IF IT WAS REPAIRED. $163.00. Also the price for installing 3 occupancy light switches is excessive, my agreement notwithstanding. These charges cause elderly people like me to be suspicious of being taken advantage of. Otherwise very nice and courteous service. Bud Brewer

Frank, the owner, does great work and his employees are all from the same mold. We have used him for three homes in Southern California--we paid to have him come from the Desert to our "weekend place" in L.A. There seems to be nothing they cannot do--they tracked down rare European lightbulbs for a chandelier we ordered from Germany on e-bay; they diagnosed flickering lights from a new house that had been installed too close to the rafters by the prior owner and were intermittently turning off due to excessive heat; and they figured out how to expand a cabinet to fit our wine refirgerator (we had simply requested a new electrical outlet, but then discovered we had ordered the fridge too big! -Steve Rancho Mirage

Frank and Josh were very friendly and helpful. They were able to come and give the estimate and complete the work on the same day I called them. They answered all my questions and gave me helpful tips. If I need any electrical service in the future I will sure give Desert Electric a call.

He called within hours of my placing the request for service and was able to schedule my small job in at the end of the day. He was courteous, friendly, and clean, and responded readily to all my questions. When the first and simplest strategy for repairing the hard-wired smoke alarm didn't work, he probed further and determined that it needed to be replaced, which he did without delay or additional service charge. He showed me what he was doing every step of the way, and explained everything in the simplest layman's terms. I really appreciated his help, and have decided to switch my first choice of electrician service providers as a result
