Description of Work: We waited until they completed three cleanings just to ensure there was no "halo" effect. There wasn't. They were prompt, efficient and friendly.

Description of Work: I contacted this cleaning service given the reviews that I saw on this site. It was a tad difficult getting a firm appointment set up...they must be very busy...but they did arrive, survey the home, and we agreed upon the work to be done, and a price. They came to clean my home...the girls (they send a team) were very polite, and worked simultaneously to clean the home very quickly. Mostly, the quality was good...but there were a few very glaring omissions in their work--areas that they did not touch at all--that were surprising. On average, I would say that they are "average"...the job done was not poor, but I did talk about--and expect--a more thorough cleaning. I would recommend them for basic cleaning but not a "deep clean"...which is what I engaged them for.

Description of Work: Linda of Home Cleaning Services in Palm Springs was very adaptable to our own demanding schedule. We had to have our house cleaned by the following day. She provided the services of three women who arrived at 6:30 Am and worked non stop for almost 5 hours deep cleaning a 1700 sq ft home that had been badly neglected. They did a very thorough job, cleaning bathrooms, tile floors, kitchen, windows, vacuumed carpets, shelves ceiling fans, registers, etc. When done, the house looked so much brighter!. Description of Work: I hired the Company to perform a heavy clean of a single family house that had undergone a remodel. That cleaning services included windows(interior and exterior), marbel floors, showers and toilts and bedding. The woman who came out and did the job estimate and sold me the job called the day before and said they had another job come up and would be sending a new crew. That crew spent the better part of the day cleaning with the wrong equipment and supplies. It was clear they were not a professionally trained cleaning company. The next day, I contacted the owner and told them my disappoinment with their services. She came out again and inspected the house and agreed the crew could have done a better job. She sent another crew back the following week to clean only those areas where I was totally disatisfied with. In the end, the crew worked hard but the overall quality of of the cleaning still was not good and certainly not worht the money they charged. I do not like to speak poorly about a small company but this business is not a professional cleaning company and charges way to much money for a real lousy service. Buyer beware!
