Description of Work: They came to my house and misdiagnosed on two different occasions. Let's just say that on the third visit their diagnosis was just too far fetched...suddenly I had a puncture in the coil of my air conditioner (with a previously silent) loud hissing noise. Oh - and all of a sudden - we had a very, very expensive repair on our hands. 2 days prior they were sure it was just the filters! | |It was such an about face that I quickly moved on to another vendor. Everything has been working well since the new vendor came on board.
