They told me they had a long guarantee. I had stressed that extra flashing was needed on one edge of the roof - it had two levels. They said they would put extra flashing there. It was not done. I had water in the house. They said the would call back and did not. I called more times and just got voice mail and left messages. No response. I finally had someone else do it and it cost me more money. The rest of the roof looks fine, but they did not finish my area of concern at all.

There are friendly workers

The job with Dove Roofing started okay. They came in about 20% lower than other bids and the project manager was attentive and courteous. However, they asked for payment without quality inspecting my job. We inspected the property and found over a pallet of trash as well as a ladder on the roof and littered across the property. There also was tar that had dripped into the house into the garage and onto the driveway. They had installed some flashing in a way that it had bowed out as well. When I complained they addressed the issue with the flashing and cleaned up some of the tar inside the house. But in the garage I had almost $700-1,000 of furniture that was damaged by the tar. Once they were paid they stopped returning my calls and never addressed the damaged furniture despite repeated calls over the next few months.

Gus and his team showed up late for each scheduled appointment, but once there were very efficient and productive. They assessed my concrete tile leak problem and fixed it the next day after getting materials. Responsiveness was great, work was professional and knowledgeable. Price seemed high for amount of time spent.

With significant rain on the way and a badly leaking roof, I was so grateful to Gus and Dave of Dove Roofing and Construction for completing my roof repair so quickly. If the leak around the chimney had not been fixed in time, the ceiling panels could have been seriously damaged. Thank you and well done!

I was so pleased that Gus was able to get to my project so quickly, especially after the heavy rain with such a terrible leak. They came out Tuesday after contacting me on Monday. Then David was able to do the job two days later. When asked to provide pictures and a report, they sent all out by Wednesday the next week. I'll be referring Dove to everyone!

Very professional, courteous and efficient. They did the estimate one day and were here doing the work the next day. It was a pleasure doing business with them. Work quality was excellent.

David, Gus, Jimmy and the entire team worked hard and did a great job in spite of rainy weather in the middle of the project. The house stayed dry! Their bid was highly competitive and a great value. Finished roof looks great and I'm sure will be sound for many years to come. I will definitely call them for future reroofing projects on other properties.

I was in a bind with the roof we had to have it fixed right away to close escrow and he re arranged his schedule to be there at the home. Very dependable and returns call. The most reasonable company that I was able to find.
