After experiencing extremely strong winds, losing shingles on my roof and the anticipation of several days of rain, David of Dove Roofing responded immediately to view the damage with pictures to show me. We agreed on a price to replace the shingles with new ones to match the current ones. He arrived early the next morning to complete the repair. I found David Berumen to be very reliable, professional and prompt. He kept me in the loop the entire time. I believe his work ethic speaks for itself!

They have hard-working employees who continued to work on the tile roof even in 110 degree heat!! They are very conscientious workers.

The only reason I gave the customer service a 3.5 is because, I had to call them to get them to come . He was late the first time starting in mid afternoon. Now there may be an excuse, but he should call me. getting him to come back to finish took another phone call. AGAIN, call me! But they are really nice and polite guys, just need a little push.

Gus came to my house and I explained my problem, a leak on a 41 year old tile roof. He looked it over, explained the repair process tp me and we set a date for the following week after agreeing on a price. On the date and time agreed on, a two man crew arrived to repair the roof. They did the work and cleaned up the debris in three hours. Very happy with the entire process.

After the roof was installed July 17th 2019 on the very first rain the roof started to leak in two places and it started from the center of roof which was installed back in July with a five year guarantee. It leaked yesterday November 19th 2019.

They came out very soon after I called with an estimate. Good pricing. Did the job immediately. Very satisfied.

Good work, done efficiently. Cost was reasonable and they stayed within the estimated amount. Small amount of debris left on shed roof near the house. High winds understandably delayed work one day. They definitely know their business.

Great Roofers. Even though Dave was extreamly busy after the Rains he fit me in and did a great job. His guys were super friendly and they left the job site perfect.

Gus made time to give us a good detailed quote right after a big rain storm and managed to get the work done before the next big rain storm. Great work in a timely manner at a good price. We are dry and very happy.

We were having our housewarming in the middle of an EPIC rainstorm with gusting winds... when our living room ceiling started leaking... first one drop, then 15, spreading along a crack in the ceiling. In a panic, I looked for a roofing repair service and found Dove. I spoke to Gus - who was there in 5 MINUTES AT OUR DOOR. In a few minutes more, he had gone up on the roof (in the TORRENTIAL rain and tropical storm gusts) and fixed the leak. Cannot recommend more highly!! Thank you for saving the day Gus - and our housewarming party!

We feel that he did a good job but wasn't good about returning our phone calls to let us know when he would be here. They did a really good job and they also did a good bid.

Did my roof in 1 day....on time, covered windows with plastic to protect them, but.....did not cover some new plantings where they placed their ladder, so I have over spray from roof on the plant leaves...did not discover till they were gone....otherwise I would have given them straight 5's...... as far as the job on the roof itself, I was very pleased to have it done so quickly.

They were on time and on budget and did quality work. Completed job in one day.

Office customer service was great. During initial visit field 'boss man' (Gus) did a roof inspection explained things that needed to be clearly & with photos. Leo (job foreman) clearly explained what was done to repair tile roof with photos. After the job was completed Gus returned & gave a personal inspection of the work done by Leo's crew. Try to be that! Dove Roofing does more than one might expect.
