On time, professional, courteous, and finished within the time they stated.

Gus was quick to call back and inspect for a leaking roof. He had a team on it in 3 hours or so to make repair. My only misgiving is that I didn't know if he gave me a fair price or not because there were no set price lists or guide. His team was professional and quick, and Gus returned to inspect the work completed.

Gus was the only person to call me from the list. He called within about 30 mins. He came out the next day to give me a free estimate and explain what needed to be done. My son went onto the roof with him and he was shown the issues. I was relieved as I thought I would need a new roof and it would cost '000's. Gus explained that the leaks were being caused by cracked something or other round the pipes and it was an easy fix that would last with the new product about 5 years before it would crack again and need replacing again. He also cleaned out pipes and did some basic maintenance on the roof to stop further problems happening. The cost was in the hundreds. What a relief. Not only that, Gus was able to do the job the day after the quote as he was concerned that the rains were coming and he wouldn't be able to fix it if it were raining and I would have more leaks. We arranged a time for him to be here but when he was unable to make it he called to say he was going to be late. He also did prompt follow up after the job was completed and brought round my guarantee papers for the work done. I am extremely expressed and Gus is now my go to guy for any roof work. When the time comes to replace my roof he will be the one to do it.

They were very professional, and completed the job, fast. They also, did a good clean up, when finished.

Dove was fast and efficient and having to re-roof, due to damage caused by original builder's sub-standard work, they went down to the plywood replacing areas that had rotted out, applying all the layers, including flashing in valleys, bird stop and cementing tiles and were done before the rains came. They cleaned up after themselves, removing the debris and sweeping the area as well. Even had one of my neighbors congratulating them on their job.

i wasn't sure if I could get anyone out for such a small job, several tiles damaged from golf balls. Called on a Sunday and was out Monday morning inspected and gave me a very reasonable estimate. Tiles replaced, and they even went ahead and re-sealed all the roof vents the next day. Highly recommend .

I found Dove Roofing ready to do the work within my time schedule and at a reasonable price. Tiles had slipped exposing brittle underlayment paper to the weather and allowed rain to enter house. They removed 4' x 4' section of tile, laying new fiberglass membrane, relayed tile. Cement sealed around all roof vent pipes and reset skylite secure & waterproofed. Cleaned up all debris in 1 day.

Despite their assurance that they will return to repair anything that was missed I find it impossible to get them back to attend to a couple of things that home inspector found.

Took about 2 weeks to complete the job. Longer than necessary. David is personable and professional.
