+ -1 moreAbsolutely worth every cent we spent. Jackson was always on time for appointments, was very responsive to phone calls and emails. He was easy to work with and he went above and beyond even though ths was just a small job. Would highly recommend Jackson's service to anyone. Will most certainly use for future projects!
Description of Work: Drew up plans for Master Bath Remodel. Took us to several tile stores to help us choose main and accent tile. Searched hi and low for accent tile for us, dropping samples at our home until he found the perfect one. Stood in line downtown to pick up our building permits for us!

He has great taste, he's talented and experienced, but more than that, he was patient with our indecisiveness and our changes, he was calming when I got stressed over anything, and he was able to creatively come up with solutions that worked with all our requests and personal quirks. Working with a designer initially scared me, thinking they would be too expensive, or would try to push their style or not get ours, but Jackson put all those fears to rest. He was always accomodating and kind, he cared about getting the layout the way WE wanted, his fee was reasonable to begin with and on top of that he looked for ways to save us money. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat.
Description of Work: Jackson did a complete design for a kitchen and master bath remodel, including layout, cabinets, flooring, tile design, materials, everything. He met with us several times to get our input, made suggestions, sent new 3-D computer drawings of everything. He took me to check out cabinets and granite, and made recommendations of subcontractors.
