+ -1 moreIt was a very prompt response. He was a very nice person, but he was very unkowledgable about the computer and the internet and he had to keep going to the helpdesk of the computer manufacturer. Eventually he was able to fix it.
Description of Work: He came out to reconnect to the internet. We went away and we came back and were unable to logon.

+ -1 moreCOMPUTER SOLUTIONS IS EXCELLENT AT TROUBLE SHOOTING AND REPAIRING MAJOR COMPUTER ISSUES. THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY WERE ABLE TO REPLACE OUR HARD DRIVE & RESTORE ALL DOCUMENTS.
Description of Work: COMPUTER SOLUTIONS HANDLES ALL TYPES OF COMPUTER REPAIR, MAINTENANCE, CONSULTING AND NETWORKING PROBLEMS.
