+ -1 moreCathedral City was initially responsive, discovered a problem created by the first A/C company, checked the system, told us to call if anything happened. The system stopped running in the middle of the night. The company did not respond to calls for emergency service. Fidelity sent alerts to twelve companies; none responded. We continued staying in a hotel due to the heat (97 degrees) in the house.
Description of Work: Fidelity Home Warranty hired a second A/C provider after the first company failed to fix the problem.
