Description of Work: Bob has worked doing many of the needed remodeling projects himself such as installing Tube Lights; light Electrical jobs; and ripping out existing flooring and replacing the sub flooring; installing drywall; building a new closet; installing new flooring; correcting code violations on the water heater; and closing a passageway between two rooms. What he doesn't do such as taping and texturing the drywall he acted (and continues to do) as a subcontractor bringing in a professional AFTER clearing it with us. He is highly qualified as a handyman and contractor. His price is very competitive. We will continue to use his services in the future without any reservation. The project will be completed in about a month from today but the progress of it since early May has been totally satisfactory!

+ 0 moreWonderful - he showed up on time, worked efficiently and knew what he was doing. He even had to stay longer than quoted but didn't charge me extra. I would definitely recommend him and use his services again.
