I liked Dave so much in regards to fixing the kitchen clog I had...that when my water heater fell apart I had to see if I could find him again...and I did...here's to the next project

Preventive maintenance on three air units and furnace that operated with no maintenance for five years. Good job plus learning experience for me. Keep mow and blow gardeners away from outside units...
