They just got the dirt off, they did not get all the deposits off of my windows. They said it was going to be 75$, and it was only that price for so many panes. I will not use them again in the future.

Our full service window cleaning provides washing, scrubbing squeegeeing and completely drying each side each pane of glass, along with screen washing and drying . Frames and sills are likewise wiped clean. When calcium deposits and other staining are present we can apply acids to dissolve and improve them. It is necessary for us to charge additional for what is called "Glass Restoration". Statistically we find that less than 5% of the homes we clean have any such staining. With our glass restoration / acid washing we can often completely remove such staining; There are times the damage / etching of the glass is so significant that a complete restoration is not possible. If we cannot improve the glass to your satisfaction then you will not pay the fee for the glass restoration. One price does not fit all homes! Therefore pricing our window cleaning by the number of window panes present and to be cleaned is the fairest, most straight forward pricing policy we have used. We would welcome the opportunity to provide you service again. A $20 discount will be applied to your next service. We appreciate your comments and hope this clarifies our service.
