+ -1 moreHe had absolutely the best price that anybody I found. They were very easy to work with. When they came out, they were very quick at it. They were younger than I was expecting but it was fine. Although he had to come back about a year later and fixed a leak that we were having. He took care of that. He has an 8-year warranty on his work. Nobody even began to match his price. What stood out is the price and the same quality as what other people had. He did the work on time.
Description of Work: We used W F Smith Construction. They did the roof. We have a very high-pitched roof and that makes it very difficult for people to do it. Our trim was rotting and he replaced that and that was all within the same built.
