+ -1 moreMY ALARM SYSTEM IS WITH MONITRONICS INTERNATIONAL. I KEPT GETTING A FALSE ALARM WHEN I LEFT MY HOME. THE POLICE WERE DISPATCHED EACH TIME. I CALLED MONITRONICS AND THEY SENT OUT A SERVICE TECH TO CHECK THE SAME DAY. SERVICE COST WAS $164, BUT I ONLY HAD TO PAY THE $30 TRIP FEE.
Description of Work: REPLACED FRONT DOOR CONTACT SENSOR FOR MY WIRELESS ALARM SYSTEM IN MY HOUSE.

+ -1 moreJESSE WAS THE TECHNICIAN WHO CAME OUT AND HE WAS SO HELPFUL AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING. I DIDN'T UNDERSTAND AND HE TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN. HE FIXED THE PROBLEM IN A TIMELY MANNER AND TOLD ME TO CALL HIM DIRECTLY IF I HAD ANY FURTHER PROBLEMS.
Description of Work: OUR ALARM SYSTEM WAS NOT GETTING A SIGNAL TO THE MAIN OFFICE AND HE CAME IN AND FOUND THAT THERE WERE WIRES CONNECTED IMPROPERLY.
