The cameras worked for 24 hours but after that, I no longer got a signal.

Came and spent significant time and made the recommendation to replace three cameras. Incorrect. Cameras were fine. Failed to find or fix the real problem. Then charged 200.00. I am now 350.00 with this charge plus three cameras purchased that I do not need.

Installer was outstanding with his knowledge and professionalism.

They were supposed to come, they rescheduled the time, then they no call no showed and they are unreliable.

They were able to come out within a couple of days, and the job was done quickly.

Failure to accomplish repairs to the ADT system in multiple visits by technicians. The "final straw" has been a lack of professionalism by (not so) SMART TECH Security Solutions and their affiliation with ADT.

Professional efficient and prompt

I rated the work quality of original install was terrible because put a hole in bedroom wall (drilled wrong place) also put hole on outside that was in error due to firewall in attic. This person also didn't seem to know any of tech stuf. Did not show me anything. the installer was NOT from the company like normal. I didn't want to wait and therefore got a sub sent by the salesman. Anyways had subsequent problems but called smart tech and spoke to Ron. He sent J.P. To fix and he was great everything works fine now. Just make sure he is the one who installs. He knows all the tech stuff and explains everything to you. Would recommend to use this company.
