Patrick and I agreed that they would want to do the work in November to avoid being in an attic that would be about 140 degrees. Right Away Air Conditioning honored our "handshake agreement" and returned when the weather got cooler. They replaced the ducting that had basically disintegrated into fine dust and plastic scraps from the desert heat. They managed to perform the work with expertise, cleanly and efficiently. Patrick showed me the new ducting and how technology has improved the duct work, explaining the quality of the product.. He explained how he would repair the joints with A quality material to prevent any leaks. What amazes me is the person who gave this company an F. I went with Patrick because all the other reviews, were A's, and they highly recommended him and his company. If one examines the F review it's easy to determine that this person is negative and only enjoys passing on her horrible disposition. This Disgruntled Debbie Downer is truly an Energy Vampire, so beware. Patrick and his workers are first rate. I recommended Right Away Air Conditioning to a fastidious friend and they passed her test with Flying colors. Avoid Disgruntled Debbie Downer's negativity and go with the A Reviews; choose Patrick's company, you won't be disappointed.

The A/C at my mother's quit in the middle of the day. I called the person we usually use and he couldn't come out till the next day. At the time, the temperature was 112 outside. It was 80 degree's inside and it had yet to be the hottest part of the day. We could not wait until the next day. I jumped on Yelp and found Right Away A/C had the best reviews. I called and my call was picked up immediately. Patrick said be there in an hour and showed up in 20 minutes. Less than 10 minutes later, our A/C was working! It doesn't get better the Right Away Air Conditioning!

The work I appreciated. When I mentioned my fuse box was working in the morning, he kept saying it is an old fuse box, it appeared he was angry and when he was done he said don't ever call my company again.

Initially, Patrick came on a sweltering day to try and fix 30 year old units. He actually did get them to go for a bit. We clearly needed new AC/Heating units. Patrick took budget into account and installed the best units for the money. He also included the new NEST thermostats. They are awesome and now we have cool air. Thank you Patrick.

Someone else installed a thermostat that went defective. He gave me a good price. He worked with the provider were the broken thermostat came from. He explained things effectively and I was pleased with the service. He was very easy to work with and considerate of my home. I would definitely use them again. He even offered to help me over the phone originally free a charge.

My faience seen the company truck at Cosco and liked the name. Upon arrival to my home which is 40 miles from Right away Air Conditioning Patrick went right to work first checking the inside unit and thermostat and then going to the out side unit. He was the first person I have seen use a scale to measure the gas along with gauges and thermonitor for the temp. Patrick was very professional and I would not only use him again I will recommend him to my friends.
