Renova Solar

Three companies were invited to earn our business. After a thorough review, Renova scored highest marks for professionalism, responsiveness and quality of service and therefore, was awarded our business. Our sales rep, Michael Cordero answered all our questions; provided detailed and important information so we could make a valued decision. Being the excellent sales rep he is, he also kept in touch with us after the sale. The project manager, David Herring was on time every morning and kept us informed as to every aspect of the installation. Michael and David did everything they said they would do; on time and professionally. When considering installing a solar system, We HIGHLY recommend Renova.

I called to get an estimate on solar panels for my second home in the desert. it was my first call and inquiry about solar. I asked for a bit of education on the process and if it would be cost effective etc. I collected all my Bills and immediately got back to the sales associate with the information. He did he would get an estimate together and get back with me. Instead I got an email stating that because it was a manufactured home they would not touch it. (They were told at the beginning it was a newer manufactured home with upgraded roofing). No further explanation was given. I emailed back twice to find out what In particular was the problem, was it the roof load, financing, etc. but the Emily weren't returned until I was on the phone with the supervisior. A note on the supervisor Nate, a real charmer that one.if I didn't get the hint from not getting an email back from Brandon, he certainly made it clear I would never use their company for any thing. He was rude, unhelpful and condescending. I wanted to understand why it couldn't be done, he apparently didn't have an answer other then their financing wouldn't approve it and they made the decision not to work on maunfactured home because they didn't think it would get the necessary approval for permits. Since my home is newer and built with an upgraded roof, I wanted to understand what else might be wrong? But Nate would never give me a straight answer. Just saying he's not an Engineer. Over and over again. Long story short, they were unprofessional at handling this query on every level. They took my information quickly, named a determination it wouldn't work and sent me an quick email with no reasons why. And. In following up with Nate the VP he had not much else to add with poor listening skill. I got back to them quickly with all my bills and electricity usage. However it was all a waste of my time since they knew from the beginning they didn't work on manufactured homes. Bottom line it would have been nice to at least take away from the conversation what my roof lacked and why they wouldn't install it. Overall I felt like they were ever to help when I was a prospective customer and dropped completely after I was told they couldn't help me. I wonder if this is why the service is like after its installed. Save some time call another solar company first.

It was wonderful! I would give them a top recommendation. Their customer service was wonderful and I found them very knowledgeable. The work that they did was excellent and my garage was cleaner when they got finished than it was before I started. They did everything that they possibly could to make me happy.
