Prompt response from owner. Arrived exactly when promised. Ordered parts and returned and repaired quickly. I strongly recommend.

We paid $200. They came and fixed but it did not work. They came out 3 times. They came the third time and still doesn't work. The third time they came we paid another $50. They said they'll come back but never did. There were two guys who came and one of them is Nathan and he was absolutely rude person. They would not respond to our final phone call. I even spoke to their secretary. I setup a final appointment on Monday or a week or two ago but they did not show up. They never show up for appointment anymore.

Nathan was my representative from Quick &Easy appliance repair. What a gem this company is. The scheduling and follow through was on point. The refrigerator issues were solved as presented and they were willing to aid in repairing other ice making issues I had. I highly recommend this company. It’s a family business with exceptional work ethics and reliability.

The technician showed up under an hour from when I called, late on a Friday night. No other company would even have anyone come out until the next day. He was professional and fixed the dryer rapidly and perfectly. I’m 100% satisfied. I absolutely recommend this company.

Nikita fixed the problem quickly and reported that a fuse had gone out in the dryer which kept it from heating. He was pleasant and efficient. We would call him again.

I did some research and had a good idea what might be wrong and cost on parts. Nikita came from company and took a look, I thought it might be a compressor, He said before I spend the money on one lets try replacing compressor control device and keep and eye on it for a couple of days. A lot less money. He said he would come out next day if there is any problem. I like that. otherwise we will just go ahead and put a new compressor in but it was my choice. this is an expensive freezer so investment on compressor is cheaper then a new freezer. I like having options
