+ -1 moreOverall, Cor was schedule oriented, conscientious, reliable and detail oriented to the overall appearance of the landscaping job he and his crew did. He involved our reaction in every phase and critique issues were discussed at every step. He respected our reactions and reacted to practically every question, concern we had. So, I would encourage his next customer to DO stay involved, DON'T hesitate to ask him 'anything' or to express your likes or dislikes because your every reaction is important to him and THAT is a good thing!
Description of Work: Firstly, the owner of Paradise Landscaping I used was Cor Van Diepen, Torrance, CA. (??) He presented a proposal, demonstrated his ideas and provided referrals, escorted us to two sites of his jobs. Contractor's agreement was presented, discussed and with a few adjustments signed by both Cor and us. Overall he did a very good job, he delivered all that he said he would do and overall he stayed steadfast to his proposed services. The water landscaping we have is beautitful! He was pleased, we were pleased and all of our visitors enjoy it. Thank you.

+ 0 moreTERRIBLE.... DON'T HIRE THIS GUY
Description of Work: I am not the only one this guy took to the cleaners. He also took a friend of mine for approx. $6,000.00 Please don't use this guy. He acts like he is going to do the work, starts moving dirt and taking out plants, then ruins your irrigation system and never comes back.
