 + -1 moreBoth Mike & I knew changing the water filter would only take a few minutes. Mike made it clear up front that I would be charged his normal hourly rate. That was fine with me because I could not do the job. Mike arrived on time, calling before he was on his way and arrived promptly. He did what I asked him to do and left everything neat and in place.

 + 0 moreHe's just very excellent. He does everything! The only thing he couldn't help me with was my water purification system. His wife makes the appointments and she knows all the questions to ask to make sure he knows exactly what equipment he needs to do a repair for me.
