They were very responsive, on time for every appointment. The work was completed in 2 hours and we are very happy with the new enclosure. Very easy to deal with both the office and the installers. I put fair for the price as they seemed to be in the same range as other providers.

They were quick, did a great job. My only complaint is that the window was 20and quot; by 55and quot; and they quoted me 135.00 for a SINGLE paned glass replacement. I thought that was high but OK, I needed it done so I went with it. The final bill ended up being 155.00. I wasn't happy with the final price. Maybe I am uninformed about how much a window replacement costs, so if I am than disregard what I am writing here.

They were very accommodating and very nice. It's a good company to deal with. They treat you like they have known you for years and you are their next door neighbor.

I found them to be dependable and honest. Their price is quite fair, I don't find that they are higher than the competition. I get what I want. If they do something which I don't like, it's basically my fault. If they recommend something, I don't have to go with that. I may want something else, and if I tell them they will do it.

I would highly recommend them to anybody. They are dependable and honest. They are probably as reasonable as anybody else. They are in line with everyone else as far as I know. They have always been honest about if they can do it or if they can’t do it. We wanted to install a glass on a door and they said that they didn’t do that. They said that if we wanted to get the glass on the door, then they had a neighbor in the complex they work that could do the door. We have known them for a long time. It’s hard to say anything about the price because I don’t really pick anybody else. I automatically go to them. I know that they are going to give me the best price that they can. They don’t gouge me and they come right back when there is a problem. They try to use the best and they will be happy to get it for you if you want something else. So, the quality is whatever you want. I would definitely use their services in the future too.
