Dealt with Todd directly the whole time and was very impressed with his patience and flexibility. Work was done on a modular home and was to correct things done incorrectly in the past. He came out in person to discuss the work and provide the quote, flexed with us when things weren't ready for him yet, and handled add-on work w/o complaint. Rates were very reasonable, work was very well done, and we are very happy with the job done. Would highly recommend his company.

I spoke by phone with the owner, Todd, on Friday. He came over to estimate the job the following day. His estimate was reasonable and he was able to have the work performed the following Monday. Todd and Benji showed up promptly, reviewed the job and Benji performed the work. This was a job well done in a professional and competent manner. This is the third time I've called Hill Electric in for work on my recently purchased home. Todd is consistently helpful and interested in doing the job right. He explains what needs to be done in advance. He charges for time and materials and he and his assistant work quickly. They are friendly, helpful, professional, and have been very responsive. On occasion they have called to see if they could do the work earlier to create space in their schedule but work with me to find the best time for both of us. I'm thrilled to have found such a great electrician.

They are probably one of the best companies I have ever worked with. They showed up and the guy that owns it is a perfect gentleman. He did exactly what he's going to do and his pricing was very good. He's always willing to go a little further with suggestions on making things better. He's a great man all the way around and very trustworthy. I would hand him the keys to my house if he needs it. He's the number one guy I've ever worked with. I've been using them since last year. His service is first class. He'd been out here for about 4 times and each time it's a little different. Each time I felt like we were getting the worth of our money than we would have anywhere else.

We recently moved here from Texas and our new house had a gas connection for the dryer and we have an electric dryer. I contacted Todd and he promptly came to my house to give me an estimate for the job. In this case he was able to give me a couple of options on what we could do to hook up the dryer. We were able to quickly got on his calender to get the job done. It did not take him too long to complete the job and I definitely plan on using him again.

I called Todd in an emergency situation as the roofers could not finish their job without an electrician. Todd responded quickly and as promised. The job was completed and was priced fairly.

I was referred to this company to install 2 simple/basic flat screen TV's. I asked him to hide the wires behind the wall, when he was done, I looked and saw that the wires were not hidden, I asked him why and he snaps back at me and said I never said I wanted him to do that. Then he continues to tell me "well I didn't have the parts in my truck" OK, so you lied to me! He treated me as if I didn't know what I was asking for, then his little assistant said, we can put a clear strip on the floor to hide the wires, where am I, in some foreign country, what part of hiding the wires do you not get. Needless to say, he charged me 500.00 for a shotty job. I would never recommend this jerk to anyone!

I like everything about them. They are fair priced. I called one day and he was there the next day.

Todd returned my call within the first few hours after I called his company. The appointment was set up for the next week. He arrived on time. He was very professional and I was and still am very pleased with the work that was done at my home. The price charged me for the work that he did was reasonable. Efficient, professional and speedy installation. Todd has a facility for explaining what he intends to do regarding the job (and why) in layman's terms. No jargon. In my opinion a very good businessman and an indispensable vendor when you have electrical issues.

When I reached Todd today, he very quickly told me he doesn't serve Desert Hot Springs. Here's the problem with that. Since he comes from the East Valley, he undoubtedly uses the freeway. Palm Springs and Desert Hot Springs are the same distance from the freeway, just in opposite directions. And yet he serves Palm Springs and not my city. It makes no sense. Oh did I mention that DHS is less affluent than Palm Springs? It feels like discrimination to me and I don't like it. The only reason I didn't give them an F is that they didn't waste my time.

90 Clean, professional and well-done! He is a keeper for electrical work we need in the future, like upgrading our Panel and more. The smoke and other detectors were installed fast and cleanly. The fan outlets where a bit more tricky as we had main HVAC vents smack dab in the middle of our rooms...so Todd and Benjamin took time to ask where the beds were going to be placed and made recommendations accordingly. Outstanding workmanship at a great price.

Wiring had to be run to 2 new locations. Installers were very careful not to put unnecessary holes in the ceiling. They were very tidy and made a real effort to clean up. Very professional. The owner came with the electrician to supervise and assist. The owner came out for a pre-inspection at no additional cost.
