JOEL ERWIN HAS BEEN VERY WILLING AND AVAILABLE TO COMPLETE THIS LAND SURVEYING SO THAT THE SPLIT CAN BE COMPLETE. HE HAS COMPLETED EVERY THING IN A TIMELY MANNER AND HAD FULLY COMPLETED ANY REQUEST THE CITY PLANNING DEPT HAS REQUESTED. WE LOOK FORWARD TO DOING FUTURE BUSINESS WITH HIM.
Description of Work: HE WAS HIRED TO DO LAND SURVEYING ON 2.3 ACRES, INCLUDED WAS THIS LAND TO BE SPLIT INTO HALF IN RANCHO MIRAGE.
