Elyssa is an amazing interior designer. She is professional, creative, fun to work with and has incredible taste and design ideas. Elyssa has now worked with me on two different home renovations and has been able to work her magic within our budget and timeline. Both projects turned out beautifully and made us a substantial return on investment. I will continue to use Elyssa Contardo Designs on all my future home renovations, she is the BEST!

Business practices: Sends invoices before the job is complete. Review your contract before you make payment to make sure you have all the deliverables. Also make sure that you are not being charged for the payment service. Design Presentation: We were pleased with the presentation of the design theme and proposed materials for our high-end home. Design documentation: Design documentation was incomplete and had numerous errors. Poor work quality. Does not respond to clarification questions. Communication: Voicemail is full, very slow, if at all, in responding to texts and emails. Extremely poor communicator. Overall a disappointing experience, hence we cannot recommend this contractor. The prices and rates this contractor is charging are not justified by the work done. We decided to terminate this contractor. Techinical expertise: She is not up to date on technology. She was our interior designer and she did not know about interior design technologies.

It was great to work with her and it was a fun experience!
