+ -1 moreWe live in a Canada so I made arrangements for George to meet me at the home with the project manager. David and George showed up early (nice) and created a work schedule that was affective. They completed the home in a week and I was very happy with the results. We used a credit card to pay. The 3.5% fee that is added is “not” a great business practice but they did inform me prior to the work. The only thing I would suggest is for the company to rethink the surcharge for credit card usage. Otherwise I’m very happy with the work and I highly recommend Distinctive Flooring.
Description of Work: We purchased a home 8 years ago as vacation property and the home had three types of flooring: old laminate, a different laminate in bedrooms and slate flooring in the kitchen, family room and dining room. The home has an open floor plan and we wanted a more fluid look. George came over with samples several times as the selection process took over a year. We finally settled on a water proof laminate floating floor and it looks great. We understood the bulk of the work would entail the removal of the slate. We signed and started the work.
