A+ to Custom Paint Service. They do excellent work. We bought a new home and Julio came over on a Friday and gave me a quote to paint the walls a more modern gray color. I had read their 5 star reviews, he said his crew was available on Monday so I hired them on the spot. I was impressed that a crew of so many painters arrived. They worked quickly together as a team and did a quality job. We didn't plan on painting the kitchen cabinets too but Julio did a test sample and we were totally blown away. They are experts at painting cabinets and they look like brand new. Now I have my dream kitchen with white cabinets! Julio and Susy are great communicators and respond quickly when contacted. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with as far as quality service. The overall performance and attention to detail is unquestionably substandard. I paid this company $3K to refurbish my kitchen cabinets and I feel I just threw my money away in the trash. I should have invested what I paid in brand new cabinets from the get go. The cabinets were varnished without any preparation over irregularities on the wood. Similar to taking your car to a body shop and having it painted without fixing scratches and dents prior. The quality of the varnish is so bad, it has already begun chipping and pealing. During the painting process, one of the painters misplaced a hinge on one of the pantry cabinets which to this day is still missing. Initially, it was my intention to litigate against this company. However, I believe it's more important for me to spread the word about my horrible experience. Please do yourselves a favor and stay away from this company.

Julio called the day before to confirm the time he and his crew would be there to start the job. They showed up a few minutes early, which was great. It took them three days to paint the entire interior of the house (except that they didn't have to paint the ceilings) - living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. I am quite satisfied with results and would recommend them.

I met with Julio few times to pick up the paint color for the house exterior , I showed him pictures of houses with the color and style of paint I liked , he also took the time to look at a house I liked and I wanted similar colors. Julio was very patient and understanding. he went above and beyond to make sure I was getting what I wanted, The end results was amazing. my house color was boring and old ,now the house looks great thanks to Julio and his staff. they were all great. real professionals . they did a great job. I cant thank them enough, Julio was there every step of the way checking on the job daily meeting with me all the time to make sure I was happy with the JOB ,he even did extra stuff that was not in our initial agreement. I cant be happier with Julio and his staff . can not wait to have him paint the inside of the house.
