Description of Work: Contacted by visiting store. Set up appointment which was kept. Discussed several option and sent additional data requested by David. Was e-mailed once telling me that he would have system ideas and aprox. costs to me "soon". I sent a couple of follow-up e-mails over the course of 3 weeks, however ther were nor replys. Purchased aprox 7,000.00 system from another vendor.

 + -1 moree 1950's. He is familiar . Rutledge has been working wit qualityh hifi / stereo equipment from the beginning. He is familiar with models, producers and improvements in speakers and all components. He is qualified to understand your wishes and demands for listening to the music you choose, and to recommend the physical equipment most suitable to produce the sound you want. Quality is not cheap, so his is not a cut-rate, 'Best Buy' store. He offers expert advice and comparison of alternatives available at the price you wish to pay.
Description of Work: Rudledge himself Inspected my home, gave recommendations for placement of speakers and equipment. Recommended alternative units to go with my speakers, giving strenghts and drawbacks for the different models. His men arrived punctually and installed, then tested all components and the system in it's entirety. Everything has functioned perfectly and the sound is as good as it gets..

There are listening rooms, so you can make the choices that are right for you, according to the music you listen to.. David Rutledge can tell you the pros and cons of each item, to help you make good choices. He will visit your home,and his staff will install equipment if you don't want to / can't do it yourself. This is a quality store, and you honest, professional opinions, and no pressure. To be sure, quality costs more than in a box from Sears or Best Buy,
Description of Work: David Rutledge came to my house, inspected alternatives and recommended the placement of hi-fi components and cables to provide best possible sound. He gave me alternative suggestions for each piece of equipment, describing pros and cons of each and reasons for each choice. His men installed and tested the equipment and made sure that every thing was in order before leaving. Then David Rutledge rang in a few days to be sure that I was satisfied.
