I was surprised when I called and they scheduled the work for just a couple of days out. (I thought I would have to wait.) The tech, Bryan, showed up promptly at the scheduled time. He was very efficient and helpful, answering all my questions. I just needed him to disarm the systems so I could remove the components but he removed the old systems and also proceeded to help me by removing many of the components (sensors and panels).
Description of Work: I hired Comtron to disarm two old security systems leftover from previous owners. I needed to make sure everything was disconnected before I could remove the components.

They came in and installed an alarm system and IP protocol camera system. They have sent a tech now over twenty-eight times. After they installed initially our home was broken into and there was damage done including a broken window and shutters and a missing ipad. This due to them not installing and setting it up correctly; the cameras didn’t even pick up the intruder. Their technician has provided horrible service as well. We have asked for a key to check the system and ensure its working but they have refused to provide us with the proper key. The system hasn't worked since we have had it and after asking for the key they deleted my online account with the FLIR. They are stating I should have checked the technician’s work before he left to ensure the work was done properly according to the office manager. We are trying to change companies and have our money refunded and we are having a very hard time trying to get this resolved. I would not recommend them to anyone. They gave me a manual and said have fun reading it. According to this manual the system was installed backwards. There were three cameras and those weren't even working. They say it’s my fault and not theirs. They had to replace the recorder and sent it back to FLIR. Office manager did help in the beginning but more we called the more they were reluctant to help. They took three cameras they never left a replacement camera to cover the areas while they were fixing them.

We tried as best as any company could, do to the fact that the customer is mentally challenged.. They have not settled there payment with us and will probably go to mediation.
