They send a bill after they do the servicing. I don’t even know if they are still in business. They haven’t been around here for a couple of years. The last service cost me about $5500. They did a good job at what they did, but they left a hole where they were servicing it from where the cold air was coming out. My grandson found that. So, I made them plug it up and it has been fine. They had just missed something. Other than that, they did a good job. I would use their services again since I still have a warranty.
Description of Work: C R Friend Air Conditioning/Heating & Plumbing replaced my whole air conditioning system and the furnace too about a couple of years ago. They also serviced it and replaced the compressor.

IT WAS VERY GOOD. THEIR PERFORMANCE WHEN I GOT THE ESTIMATE WAS GOOD. THEY DID EVERYTHING THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO. THE PEOPLE WERE VERY NICE. THE PRICE WAS AGREEABLE.
Description of Work: WE BOUGHT TWO AIR CONDITIONERS AND THEY INSTALLED THEM FOR ME.
