Brandon was great to work with and Jerry and Eddy did a great job installing the new mini split vac in our garage. It is working great and so nice to have a cool garage in 100+ temperatures.

We contacted Breeze because they are a factory authorized Carrier dealer and we have always had good experiences with Carrier equipment. We were looking to upgrade the performance and reliability of our 16 year old HVAC system. We also wanted to replace our existing equipment with a more energy efficient unit. Their sales person, Brandon, listened carefully to our needs and identified the best equipment for us to purchase in order to realize the improvements we were looking for. Our installation took place on the date scheduled and was competed within the agreed budget. Brandon and the entire crew were very professional, friendly and approachable. I found that everyone I spoke to in their office was equally as helpful The overall experience exceeded our expectations and the new system is notably better in every way. Not only would we hire Breeze again, but we would also recommend their company to others.

They are okay. They follow up and send a reminder to do the service and they show up on time. What I didn’t like is that I requested additional work from them aside from the maintenance and I haven’t heard back from them and that was quite a while ago but it kind of irritates me. I requested information or requested somebody to come out to give me a price quote on doing some additional work to my air conditioner and I’ve never heard back from them and I don’t like chasing people around to do come out and do some work. It’s maintenance so I don’t think they did much but it turned out good.

Our two A/C units were out of warranty and needing costly repairs. We interviewed four companies about repair vs. installing new condensers. We have been with our current A/C company for 25 years and their estimate was $6000 more than the other companies plus their presentation was terrible (did not provide any specific model types, itemized estimates or descriptive literature). They also told us incorrectly that there were not any rebates offered. Breeze was very helpful and honest with their advice, plus they had one of the two best prices for replacing the units. It was very close between Breeze and another company, but we chose to do business with Breeze because they had the most professional presentation and were located in our city. They submitted two typed and itemized estimates for two different Lennox models and included brochures for each. And they found us a rebate! We knew exactly what was going to be done and required of us beforehand. They did not require any money until installation was complete and they even accommodated my wish to use a specific credit card. Phil, our salesman, answered all my questions and was at our house on time for the delivery of the new units and stayed until the crane had successfully lifted them over the front wall. One installer stayed and had both units up and working in half a day and left the work area very clean and neat. We are canceling our current maintenance agreement with our A/C company and will sign up for a maintenance plan with Breeze.

We have a yearly service contract with Breeze. They notify me when I need to change filters etc. and I make an appointment for them to come out. I have always been satisfied. I do not have the records with me of the yearly cost.

THEY WERE VERY GREAT AND EASY TO TALK TO. THEY WERE MORE ABOUT QUALITY RATHER THAN MONEY.

BREEZE SHOWED UP ON TIME, AND THE SERVICE MAN WAS POLITE, AND DID EVERYTHING IN A TIMELY MANNER. HE CHECKED THE UNIT, AND CHANGED THE AIR FILTER, PUMP AND FREON.
