Bill did a super job. He responded to my phone call within one day, came and analyzed what was wrong with our pocket door, tried a simple fix and then explained why that wouldn't work, then did a full fix with speed and skill. His cutting into the wall molding was so clean that no touchup painting was needed when he was done. We were thoroughly satisfied with all aspects of his work.

I needed 3 interior pre-hung doors, a fire door to the garage, and 3 closet doors fixed on one of my pretty much trashed rentals. Bill lives in my town and it's a short drive for him to come to work. I had some special requests and Bill is easy to work with. I wanted to buy the parts and use him for the labor. That was okay except on the fire door which I couldn't find right away. He has ordered it and will come back to install it. Then when I did my "While you are here would you please install these 6 curtain rods for me?" he did. Thanks Bill.

William Shondrick was impressive with his creative cost savings suggestions and performance. We called a problem with a sliding glass door and expected a costly track replacement, however Bill's introduction of a simple inexpensive repair was enough for us to have him do the needed repairs on a Oak front entrance door, a bathroom access door we thought would have to be replaced, and two other doors we neglected repairing for some time. His billing over 4 visits was very reasonable. We are completely satisfied.
