+ -1 moreThe appraiser Les Caplan showed up on time. He looked and acted like a professional and did a very detailed inspection of the home, spending more than 1 hour inspecting and measuring the home. Then a few days later I received a very detailed appraisal report. I am very pleased with the quality and service provided.
Description of Work: He did an appraisal to estimate market value on my home for the living Trust.
