They identified several long term problems in the HVAC systems that I suspected were coming to a head. I bought this 1960 house knowing it needed some TLC and the HVAC was a system that was on that list. All Seasons, rather than recommending several thousands in "fixes" that might allow the current one to run a few more months, made minimal changes so that I could limp by and evaluate what the right long term solution will be.
Description of Work: All HVAC equipment inspected and serviced per the terms of our annual service agreement. While Glen was the Technion who cam out of this call, every one who have been to the house in the past has also conducted themselves with the same professional attitude and concern.
