In my opinoin because he didn't have right equipment, it took him 2 1/2 hours to cut 1/8 in I was unhappy with cutting the counter top arrive at 9, but didn't leave till 2pm didn't cover up any of furniture so there was dust everywhere, didn't clean up after himself, was quite messy

The plumber arrived 11/2 hours late and spoke very little English. The initial attempt to open the clogged toilet was unsuccessful, requiring the toilet to be removed. It was already too late for that, so I sent him away. Due to them arriving so late and being unsuccessful, I was not charged.

Juan called immediately to offer his company's assistance when my sink fell through the counter. I work in Sacramento and live in Yuba City and his installer met me exactly when I arrived home. Techs were super professional and the price was spot on. They fixed my sink and clog in no time! This is now my go to company for plumbing needs.

I had hoped to find a reasonable repipe company to do a total repipe of my home. Ace Plumbing was by far less expensive than any others I had contacted, for this reason I had my reservations about the quality of the work they would do. LET ME TELL YOU their work was fast, superb, first rate and 5 STAR from the first contact to the last detail. Every employee was polite and obliging, they did everything I ask of them, they were very careful to cover all of the area where they would be working or walking. OVERALL 5 STARS are not enough to describe the total contact. I hope I never need a plumber again but if I do it will be ACE PLUMBING, a truly 5 Star company.

They always showed up as scheduled and were very careful to not damage or bother any of the materials they were not working on. They kept everything nice and clean and always cleaned up the area prior to quitting daily. The owner of the company was always interested in how we the customer was feeling about the quality and the daily progress of the job. We have been very satisfied with our choice of this company.

Ace was the first to call me, VERY quickly. Juan got someone there the same day and they worked with my tenants to arrange access to the problem. They explained what was going on and my options, and weighed in with their own recommendations--which I took, because why argue with experts?

very quick response and scheduling of service. They had to travel quite a distance to service my hot water heater and were able to have have the parts needed when they showed up on site and it was fixed within 2 days of my initial call. Highly recommended!!
