He was there within five minutes of my call with Service Magic, he tightened every bolt on the door, check every aspect of the mechanics of the door and was very professional. I do not beleive he could have done anything else to improve the performance and my impression.

Tony came on time and did a fantastic job replacing my old garage door opener with the new one. He made sure everything worked fine and provided instructions on how to operate the new remote and wall unit. When he was mounting the door opener he found out that one of the springs holding the door was broken. So, he went and bought one and replaced it as well. Really great service and I highly recommend him.
